Message	I made mine out of 3/4" but I thought that was rather overkill after I finished. MDF is NOT partical board, it is MUCH stronger, especially when I biscuit it :) For the regular 300w and under, I honestly think its overkill. Ryan S 1990 300ZX N/A See it at: My 300ZX Page
